Yes, we do have a free version. If you're an individual business owner and only need to keep track of your tasks and work, this plan is for you!
How much does the Premium plan cost?
VirtualSpace Premium is still in beta version, so you can access for FREE now.
Can I pay for VirtualSpace monthly?
Yes, you can pay monthly for VirtualSpace. You can pay on a monthly basis if you select the monthly option on the pricing page. If you want to save more, we suggest you choose the yearly plan.
Which plan is best suited for my business?
We believe that every business/organisation is special. If you're an individual business owner and need to keep track of your work and tasks, the Free plan is for you. If you have an organisation with more than 5 members/workers, the Premium plan works best for you.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For an annual subscription, we can issue an invoice annually. Any questions? Contact our Customer Support for more information.
How can I manage my subscription?
If you're an admin of your account, you can access purchase history, invoices, payment details, pricing plan, etc.
How do I cancel my VirtualSpace subscription?
It's easy to cancel your subscription. If you're an admin of your account, go to the Admin control and then select Cancel Plan. If you cancel your Premium subscription before your renewal date, you can still enjoy Premium features then after your renewal date you'll continue to use VirtualSpace in the Free version.
Do you have a refund policy?
No, we do not offer refunds. If you cancel your subscription before your renewal date, you will still have access to the Premium features until the end of your subscription period. When the subscription ends, you will have no access to the Premium features and all data associated with those features. We offer a 14 days refund if you wish to cancel your paid subscription. No questions asked.
What if I must expand the team with new members, how will you charge for that?
Your payment card will be charged once, prorated, to cover your new team member's account for the remaining length of the current billing cycle. Let's say you add a new member when the current billing has only been running for 10 days, meaning there are still 20 days left until the next billing. The Premium plan charges $XXX USD per month per active user, meaning your new member will be charged $XXX USD ($XXX USD / 30 * 20) for the remaining 20 days until the next billing. Fair and square!
