VirtualSpace is the right space for your team, especially for collaboration and communication. From project board creation to members' management to collaborate on projects, VirtualSpace makes it easy for every step you take.

Manage member's offboarding

1. Log in to VirtualSpace 

Go to and log in to your VirtualSpace account.

2. Click on the "Admin" menu

Once logged in, click on the "Admin" menu on the left sidebar. This will take you to the Admin page where you can manage your team's settings and members.

3. Click on the "Member" tab

On the Admin Dashboard, click on the "Member" tab. This tab allows you to manage the members of your organisation in VirtualSpace.

4. Click on the dropdown icon

From the list of members, click on the dropdown icon next to the management members.

5. Click on the “Manage Members”

From the dropdown menu, click on "Manage Members". This will take you to the member's profile page.

6. Click on the "Quit All Channels"

On the member's profile page, navigate to the "Quit All Channels" button and click on it. This will remove the member from all channels they were previously a member of, ensuring they no longer have access to sensitive or confidential information.
